This online training provides an overview of the Code of Conduct, which serves as a framework of professional conduct.

It is intended to guide staff as they assist people with special needs "live self-directed, meaningful lives in their communities, free from abuse and neglect and protected from harm." This interactive training includes real-life scenarios that ask the viewer to apply the Code of Conduct provisions. Upon completion, the viewer may sign the Code of Conduct pledge and print a certificate.

This is not a mandatory training, but is offered as a resource to staff who sign the Code of Conduct and provider agencies for employee training.
