Description
First responders and members of law enforcement are encountering individuals with special needs with more frequency. Communicating effectively to ensure appropriate outcomes can be especially challenging with vulnerable populations.
This course will provide participants with general guidelines recognizing, responding to, and interacting with people with disabilities to ensure safe and effective outcomes for first responders, law enforcement, people with disabilities, and other community members.
This training is available on request either on-site or live virtually.
